We save local open spaces in Park City and Summit County, Utah. The money we raise here stays here!
Do you love Park City's open spaces? Do you use the trails in Round Valley and at McPolin Farmlands?
If you cherish these local landscpes, then please cast a vote for the Park City based Summit Land Conservancy. It doesn't matter what you give; it matters THAT you give.
This year the Summit Land Conservancy leveraged donations from our members into over $3 million in federal funding for conservation in Summit County.
The threat to our open spaces is increasing. Utah's Quality Growth Commission reports that Summit County will likely grow from the 36,000 residents here today to over 100,000 residents in 2060.
If we want to preserve our quality of life, we have to get out in front of this growth and save land while we still can.
The Summit Land Conservancy was the first land trust in Utah to achieve national accreditation 2011. Donations from individuals are leveraged over 10 times as we raise state and federal dollars for local conservation. The Summit Land Conservancy grew up organically in Park City, starting as a project of Park City Leadership Class IV in 1998. Today we protect over 3,000 acres of open space through 27 conservation easements.
Please cast your vote today for local open space.
