Axis Freeride was founded in 2006 by Olympian Chris "Hatch" Haslock. We are passionate about training young athletes in the Olympic sports of Ski Slopestyle and Ski Halfpipe, Aerials and Moguls. We also spend time skiing all mountain and training Big Mountain Freeride.
We rely on donations to maintain our quality programs run in Park City, Utah.
Our Mission Statement:
Axis Freeride, a non-profit organization, introduces young athletes, beginner to elite, to all aspects of recreational and competitive freestyle skiing with broad-based programming utilizing the outstanding venues in Park City, Utah. Our coaches create a positive and fun environment with training programs designed to rapidly increase skills and to also inspire athletes to embrace the core values necessary to be balanced athletes as well as balanced people.
