The Park City Foundation (PCF) is offering prizes during the November 16, 2012 Live PC Give PC campaign. All prizes are additional grants to nonprofit organizations. We have two different types of prizes:
PCF is offering cash grants to the top three organizations by number of unique donors. The prizes are $5,000, $2,500 and $1,250.
Six times throughout 11.16.12, PCF will randomly pick a donor and add $100 to their donation. The donation will be an additional gift to the nonprofit organization.
Any individual may donate. Donations through Live PC Give PC 2012 are received and receipted by Razoo Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 charity that operates a donor advised fund to fulfill donor advisements.
The minimum donation is $10 and there is no maximum donation limit. Donations are tax- deductible and irrevocable (donations will not be refunded). Contributions may be made via credit and debit card only.
The nonprofit organization will receive the full donation, less a flat rate of 2.9%, which covers the credit card processing and Razoo.com fees. There is no fee to the nonprofit to participate in Live PC Give PC.
For an organization to participate, they first must register and be approved by The Park City Foundation. To do so, please visit the Nonprofit & Volunteer Toolkit or contact Abby Funabiki 435‐214‐7474; abby@theparkcityfoundation.org.
There is no maximum to the amount an organization may receive.
Organizations can track donations in real-time and have access to donor names and contact information, unless the donor chooses to make an anonymous contribution. As host of Live PC Give PC 2012, The Park City Foundation will receive contact information for donors who participate in Live PC Give PC 2012. This information is used solely to thank the donor for participating, provide the option to opt-in to receiving future notifications from The Park City Foundation, and to notify the donor of future Live PC Give PC 2012 activities.
A unique donor refers to a person who makes a donation to a nonprofit on livepcgivepc.org. Each person will be counted once in our “total donors” tally that will be updated every 30 minutes on the Live PC Give PC landing page. If one person makes donations to multiple organizations, they will be counted once per organization on the leader board.
The Park City Foundation can modify any restrictions or conditions if, in the sole judgment of the Board of Directors, such restriction or condition becomes unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community. As such, The Park City Foundation reserves the right to deny or condition the distribution of prize grants if, in the judgment of its Board of Directors, such restriction or condition becomes necessary.

FIND & GIVEAll donations made on livepcgivepc.razoo.com are made to the Razoo Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization which permits donors to advise a regranting of their donations to other IRS recognized qualifying 501(c)(3). It’s Razoo Foundation’s normal practice to regrant 97.1% of its contribution to the qualifying organization as advised by the donor, retaining 2.9% for Razoo Foundation’s expenses (including credit card transaction costs).
